the soil of the vineyard as well as about the varieties grown.
Tour of the production and bottling areas and optional visit to a vineyard.
Wine tasting with an accompanying plate of handmade and local products. The platter
will contain a Greek salad, i.e. the tomato salad with olives, three pieces of traditional pies,
dough pie, spinach pie and local cheese pie, two homemade jams one tomato chutney and
the other either apricot or wild blackberry as well as two cheeses from Mr. Kakos a local
well known producer in Paramythia. (mizithra and graviera).
The above is portion per person and can be served either individually or in large family
platters.
